Our Team
Founded in 2003, industry expert Elizabeth Smalley and her team pride themselves on over 50 years in the show service industry.

Elizabeth began her career on the show floor with Giltspur Expo Services in Chicago, Illinois. There her ethic for hard work developed into an undeniable passion for the trade show industry and from then on, exhibits were not just a 9 to 5 job. Continuing to expand her career within the industry, Elizabeth signed on with Mayflower VanLines in Dallas before her final stop as CEO and Founder of Smalley Exhibits. She frontlines the day-to-day operations in office, ensuring the esteem of her company’s values are displayed daily in every facet of the business.
Elizabeth has been a member of the WBENC and is an active member of Greater Women’s Business Council and Women’s Business Council Southwest.

Randy worked the last 40 years in tradeshows and events fine-tuning his craft. The knowledge and expertise delivered to all areas of the business are without a doubt due to his love and passion for exhibits. The network Randy continues to build is a testament to dedication on and off the show floor; he truly does know everyone in the industry.
This isn’t Randy’s first rodeo; he was instrumental in Derse Company expanding into the Dallas Fort Worth marketplace. Randy is a trusted mentor to countless individuals in the industry and certainly does not stop that trend in his role as President of Smalley Exhibits.

Joshua grew up in the exhibit industry and knows his way around every aspect of the production process. Currently responsible for marketing and consumer sales, Joshua prides himself in staying up to date on the latest trends and client needs.
